A delicious, nutritious beanpot which is melt-in-the-mouth and perfect any time of the year … but particularly good in cold winter months for some reason! Vegetarian, and can be easily adapted for vegans.
Equipment: All you need is a fermentation bin (available from shops selling home brew stuff), a sieve, a grater and a lemon squeezer.
